WELLNESS CENTER & SPA is also included at no additional cost to CMED participants. This includes: Locker rooms Steam rooms Outdoor pool and deck area Hot tub Cold dip Sauna Robes, towels and slippers) Any additional fees for spa services utilized at the Wellness Center and Spa will be the responsibility of the individual guests. A full list of spa treatment services will be provided through the Group Services Coordinator assigned to you. The size of the class will be limited. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you choose to stay off campus for the event, you will still need to register with The Crossings as a Commuting Student. There is a day pass charge for this of $40 per day.
Refund Policy Refunds must be requested in writing. Full refunds minus a $250 per person processing fee will be given for requests received more than two weeks before the workshop. Requests received within two weeks of the workshop will be refunded 50%. No refund requests will be honored post-workshop.
