This book is a creative offspring of a course Dr. Norm Shealy and Chandra Sammons teach on Astrology for Archetypal Integration, through Holos Institutes of Health/Holos University. Back in the planning stages of the course, Sammons encountered a lack of concise text material combining basic astrology and hands-on archetypal information. Hence, she wrote this book.
She has attempted to clarify and consolidate pertinent information into a short book that can be easily read and assimilated. The motivation behind writing the book is to give the reader a rapid, perceptive basis for understanding and utilizing astrology alone or in combination with archetypal patterns. Ideally, the book will serve as a key to identifying and understanding both primary and subtle psychological dynamics attributed to both astrological characteristics and archetypal patterns.
