Be mindful of how you direct your thoughts, and your feelings, and do something each day that helps you to retrieve your energy from your past." This teaching is fundamental to healing, as all spiritual traditions teach, because the spirit needs to be aligned, or in present time with the body. However, "staying alert and in present time" is also without a doubt one of the most challenging of all spiritual demands.
