• The energy that surrounds you, which is created by the chakras, contains all the data of your biology and your biography, so it makes sense that this energy would manifest in patterns of archetypes that affect your life.
• It stands to reason that the further we stray from our true mission in life, the more frustrated we will become, and the more out of sync our energy will be.
• By coming to know your mission, you can live your life in a way that makes the best use of your energy.
• When you are working well with your energy, you are also making the best expression of your personal power. I call this living in accord with your Sacred Contract.

• In a sense, each archetype represents a 'face' and 'function' of the Divine that manifests within each of us individually
• Archetypal patterns awaken in us our own divine potential. They can liberate us from the limitations of our thoughts and feelings.

• Archetypes are a source of emotional, physical and spiritual power and can help us free ourselves from fear, although sometimes, when we first get to know them, a few of them may initially unleash fears within us.
• Our spiritual challenge with any archetype - or fear - is to face it and recognize the opportunity it presents to learn its inherent lesson and develop an aspect of personal power.
• With an archetype that we perceive as difficult or even malevolent, our task is to acknowledge it, overcome whatever weakness it indicates, and work to make its divine potential our own.

• Our life is laid out in steps and stages arranged in such a way that we always have the opportunity for spiritual transformation
• Your Sacred Contract cannot be reduced to just one thing - one job, one relationship, one goal
• To free yourself of enmeshment in anger or old wounds, you have to climb the ladder back up through the chakras until you can view a painful experience symbolically and objectively
• Who from your present or past is in therapy getting over you, just as you've been getting over someone else?
• The energy weight of our history affects the density of our biology
• Fulfilling your highest potential actually means acting on your highest or deepest truth each moment of your life
• View every experience as a blessing and a remedy that serves your well-being.

• Use your wisdom and feel how powerful wisdom is when taken from thought into form

• A calling is not a job, a career, or an occupation, but a pursuit that transcends ordinary life.
• A circle of soul companions keeps you from becoming emotionally and psychically isolated.

• You do not keep company with the deal--including people. places, past memories--that do not serve your well-being.
• You don't float away, divorce your mate, take off for the hills, or fast, but you have a passion to be congruent.

• You don't need something great and huge to change the quality of your life.
• You evaluate the idea intellectually and decide whether you want to "manage" the birth of this idea into its physical form.
• You go toward God as you get further into your soul and detach from the chaos of the world.
• You may feel that you have reached a dead end, that you've been abandoned by God or have no hope of experiencing divine union.
• You may live a perfectly ordinary life in the world, but your interior life is anything but ordinary.
• You need someone who believes you when you have a mystical experience.
• You need to achieve a working relationship with your inner resources to be able to quickly eclipse a negative thought with a positive one.
• You need to know at least one individual who recognizes the truth in your experiences.
• You need to share them with others who are on the same path and who are not afraid of it.
• You need to train your mind and emotions to respond to the positive commands you create.
• You run the idea through your intelligence to see if you can work with it.
• You shouldn't attempt to share your intense personal work or mystical experiences with just anyone.
• You will have a passion to have your instincts, conscience, intuitive guidance, and mystical relationship to God exist in harmony.
• Your seventh energy center can inspire you to see beyond the limited range of the separate self and into trans-personal or cosmic vision.
• Your soul becomes a channel for grace.
• Your spiritual work is a higher state of consciousness that would not be real for most people.
