INTUITIVE POWER - YOUR NATURAL RESOURCE

I taught my first class in Intuitive Development around 1990. I rarely am intimidated in the classroom, but I have to admit that as I scripted the course outline, I recognized that I had no idea how to "teach intuition". I mean, you can tell people to "Om....." and "Am.......", but I've discovered that these exercises are minimal impact on "awakening" intuitive skill.

After a few more of these workshops, I the light went on. I realized that I was going about this new educational project backwards. People - like you - do not need a class on "Intuitive Development"; you need guidance on how to manage your intuitive skills which are essentially imploding in all of you. Once I understood that people were struggling with HOW to manage being intuitive as opposed to HOW to become intuitive, I knew how to provide badly needed instructions.

I've also learned through these years of teaching about intuition and how to understand the journey of awakening to your abilities that this journey can leave you feeling isolated and it can also begin a process of profound transformation. And inherent to this journey of transformation is a question of how your interior life will reshape and redirect the life your present life.

• Your psychological and emotional patterns are clues to your archetypal patterns and to their mythic nature, continuously manifesting in subtle ways in your life. Women do live the fairy tale of the princess in search of their knight and men do search for the hero's journey. It is amazing to discover is how much of your life has been created around and through archetypal desires. And further, when they are not fulfilled as the "fairy tale" promises, challenging the "inner fairy tale" is an exquisitely healing experience.
• Your individual spiritual life is carved around these subtle and extremely present cosmic companions. Coming to know these interior forces brings into focus the many sacred contracts of your life, offering you profound insight and direction in terms of making life choices based upon the needs of your spirit and not the demands of your personality.
