As healers, the most important beginning point is that you learn to read your own energy. You are useless to anybody unless you learn to understand yourself. If you don’t understand or recognize the energetic anatomical system and how you lose power, you’re not going to read anybody at all with any clarity. That’s my first order of business. You have to understand the structure of the human energy system. You just have to. The second thing, which is vital, is that you learn to discern yourself.

We need certain anchors that ground us, and those anchors are the things that you know about yourself that simply can’t be pulled up. Do you know these anchors in you?

We will never create the whole of our reality or be able to understand why things happen as they do. But we can begin to comprehend that there is no such thing as an insignificant choice. This rich class encourages deep questions about your spiritual and intuitive life, how receptive you are to inner guidance, and how open you are to your healing.
