Registration fees include single occupancy hotel accommodations and all meals from dinner June 23 to dinner June 22. Travel expenses and other drinks & meals are not included.
Deposit Payment – Balance payments are due no later than March 31, 2025. If balance payment not received by this deadline, you will forfeit your registration and deposit.
Your deposit payment or $1500 of your fee is non-refundable. In fairness to everyone who joins, we uphold this policy rigorously to maintain our guest list with minimal changes. Before joining, please ensure that you do not have schedule conflicts and can make travel arrangements to the workshop location. Please do not sign up if you are in any way unsure that you’ll be able to make the balance payment, or if you or a loved one has a medical condition that has the potential to prevent you from traveling.
Cancellation Policy – Written cancellation immediately after registration: $1,500.00 US cancellation fee per person. Cancellation after April 17, 2025: 50% of total workshop cost per person. No refunds after May 31, 2025. No refund for unused portions of the tour, including but not limited to, missed meals, hotel nights and sightseeing.
Itinerary Disclaimer – The itinerary included is correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to change. While we do not anticipate changes, in the case of unforeseen site closures or limitations, changes may be made at our discretion. In the rare instance of a change, a suitable substitution will be made in line with the theme of the retreat.
Dietary Disclaimer – Please be advised that we are unable to customize the menu for the retreat. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, we recommend exercising caution and bringing any necessary personal food items to ensure your comfort and safety. Thank you for your understanding.
Video Release – The workshop days will be recorded and made available for sale. Attendees authorize CMED, LLC to record, distribute and disseminate materials produced in any manner and waive all rights to receive payment of any kind for my participation in the recording or for its sale or distribution. Caroline Myss, or its assigns, will hold all rights to the produced media of all types, as well as licensing, for future use in books, instructional materials, products, promotion, marketing, and in all other public distribution, and to charge for same. Attendees who do not wish to be recorded are responsible for notifying CMED staff at the workshop and agree to be seated in a camera-free zone during the workshop.
To mitigate the risk of unforeseen circumstances causing you to cancel, we recommend you purchase travel insurance.
