If you are looking at this part of the website it is because you probably want to know how archetypes can help you in your life. What are they? How do they work? Let’s start with a little background.

First, we already speak in archetypes everyday and don’t even realize it. It’s already part of us. We make comments like:

“You are such an Angel!”
“He’s a Rebel without a cause.”
“She acts like such a Martyr.”
“You’re such a Prince!”
“That guy is a total Bully. “
“I don’t like people who play the Victim card.”
“She’s the little Princess of the family.”
“Be careful what you say to her, she’s such a Gossip.”
“I swear my husband acts like a Child sometimes.”
“If he could only stop sabotaging his relationships.” (Saboteur archetype)

If you recognize any of the above statements as something you have heard, said or felt, then you have already experienced archetypal language.

Part of the process of working with archetypes is discovering what patterns are predominant in YOU. Observing and acknowledging these patterns serves as a catalyst to open you up to a true understanding of yourself and WHY you make the decisions and choices that you do. This process is an exciting and transforming step towards making more conscious choices and living more fully in the present moment.

I will guide you through the process of discerning the archetypes with which you identify most. After we have identified your archetypes, we will explore them further by casting them on a Chart of Origin. This tool will expand the way you see archetypes and how they can better serve you in your daily life. Looking forward to the opportunity to work with you through this process!
