Hi Everyone,

I am so excited – I’m really coming out of my body – to be with Tirzah Firestone to talk about her new Reflection Parallel course “Wounds into Wisdom.” In our conversation, we discussed the importance of ancestral healing, the impact of ancestral trauma on our nervous systems and how it can manifest in anxiety, fear, and shame. We also touched on the importance of rituals and practices to integrate and heal the wounds that are uncovered.
