What’s included with “Caroline Myss All-Access”?
Access to the entire library of On-Demand Workshops and to the Reflections Online Institute Archive – details for both are provided below. Members will also be able to live stream selected Caroline Myss workshops! Your membership is effective as soon as you sign up, and will remain active until you decide to cancel.

Are programs like Sacred Contracts Online or Reflections Parallel included?
This offer is limited to the Reflections Online Institute Archive and On-Demand Workshop Library. Sacred Contracts Online and Reflections Parallel are not included. Selected Reflections Parallel courses may be added 4 to 6 months after their live presentations.

What is the Reflections Online Institute Archive?
The Reflections Online Archive is our library of previously recorded Reflections webinars presented in video/audio and accessed digitally via your account on Myss.com. Reflections Series two weeks old and older are included in the archive.

When are new Reflections Series added to the archive?
Reflections series will be added to the archive 2 weeks after their last live air date.

What is the On-Demand Workshop Library?
The On-Demand Workshop Library is our archive of recorded live workshops presented in video/audio and accessed digitally via your account on Myss.com. 

Is any of this downloadable?
Our videos are only viewable here at Myss.com, but you can download audio recordings in MP3 format.

What are the system requirements?
To view video you need to have access to a high-speed internet connection. Our media is accessible on almost all current devices. If you will be using an Amazon Fire or Barnes & Noble Nook tablet, we recommend testing before purchasing.

Does this impact my previous Reflections or On-Demand Purchases?
No – you still have lifetime access to any items you purchased previously. If you decide to let your membership expire, you will lose access to the full archive, but you can still watch other items you already purchased.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes – you can cancel your membership at any time, but keep in mind that we will not issue refunds for unused time. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Subscription

By purchasing a Monthly or Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly or Annual Subscription fee at the current Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

Automatic renewal terms: Once you subscribe, Myss.com will automatically process your Monthly or Annual Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Myss.com will continue to automatically process your Subscription fee each month or year at the current Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription.

Membership Content

Caroline Myss All Access members have access to all Reflections Webinar Series 2-weeks old and older, and access to the entire On-Demand Video Worksop Library, including new workshops as they are added.

All Membership content is only available to current Subscribers in good standing, and is not offered under ‘Lifetime Access’ terms. Therefore, access to all content within the Membership is contingent upon remaining an active Subscriber in good standing, and once a subscription falls out of good standing or is cancelled, all access is removed.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel at any time via the subscription section on their account page, or by contacting [email protected]. Access to the Caroline Myss All Access Membership will continue until the most current paid month or year expires. Once the most current paid month or year has expired, access to the all content found within Membership will be removed. No refunds will be issued.

Cancelled Members may not re-subscribe to the Membership again until the next open enrollment period is offered.
