Depending on the volume of customer support requests we are receiving it may take us a while to get back to you. You’ll likely be able to resolve your issue more quickly by reading our FAQ.
If you did not receive your link to tonight’s session, it is posted on the course page for the current Reflections series. Simply go to your account page, then click the link to the Reflections course.
If you have the link, but are having trouble, please be sure to follow the instructions we provided carefully. If you’re still having trouble, please restart your device and try signing into Crowdcast again. Also, please read our Reflections FAQ Page. If you still need help, please give us a detailed explanation of what’s happening, along with the specifications of your web browser and operating system. We will be providing support via this form from half-hour prior to half-hour after the start of the event.

The venues where our workshops are held have limited capacity and we only have enough space for people who are staying at the hotel or resort. For this reason, we are unable to offer other options for attendance.
