- Sign into your myss.com account, and click the link to the course you purchased - everything is posted there.
- Technical problems: Restart your device, then sign back into your myss.com account.
- Reflections and Reflections Parallel classes are recorded! If you can’t make it to the live presentation, you will be able to watch later at your convenience.
In short, most student question are answered on our purchase follow-up emails, and information posted on our course pages. Checking this information first will resolve most issues more quickly than contacting us and waiting for a reply.

In the vast majority of cases, stalled video or audio is the result of a local Internet issue or overloaded computers/devices. We recommend you quit all apps and restart your device - then try viewing your video again. If the problem persists, please contact us using the form below. Be sure to let us know you restarted your device, and also provide the specifications of your device, web browser, and operating system.
