Barbara Amendola Bio
Barbara Amendola is a doula for living & dying to two and four-legged friends. Ordained as
a non-denominational priest in 2006, she practices an independent healing ministry, in Mill
Spring, NC. Through holistic understanding, deep life experience, and her intuitive gifts
Barbara brings balance, joy, and rest to beings who currently experience desolation, fear, and
anxiety. Facilitating the transitional journey out of grief and suffering and into peace and
freedom, is Barbara’s life work and deepest joy.
Each soul requires a different approach, and Barbara will meet you where you are.
As a spiritual healer, Barbara’s client work may take the form of energy healing, archetypal
expression, spiritual inquiry, animal-companion mirroring, or flower essence journey.
As an ordained celebrant, Barbara joyfully performs traditional and alternative wedding
celebrations, as well as commitment and life passage ceremonies, and memorials.
She’ll travel anywhere in the world to perform your sacred celebration!
As an animal caregiver, Barbara offers animal-sitting retreats in her home, along with Reiki
sessions, animal communication, flower~essence healing for behavioral and family dynamic
issues, and end-of-life transition support, through her work as Braveheart.
