Archetypes are universal energetic patterns or roles that we are drawn to throughout our lifetimes. Increasing awareness and knowledge of your unique archetypal pattern leads to greater insight, change, and growth. As you work with your archetypes, you discover ways to transform old life patterns into thoughts and actions that empower yourself and others and, ultimately, serve your higher purpose or contract.

In addition to my training as a Clinical Psychologist, I completed Dr. Caroline Myss’ two-year CMED training in 2003-2004. Dr. Myss incorporates mind-body-spirit principles for healing. She teaches how archetypes lead us to the mystical realm and provide us with a greater understanding of the symbolic meaning running through all live events and relationships.

I offer individual and group archetypal consultation as well as traditional psychotherapy emphasizing a holistic, symbolic perspective on psychological functioning. I have a warm interpersonal style and utilize symbolic interpretations and metaphors from books, movies, and culture in my work with clients.
