Deborah Owen-Sohocki
Deborah Owen-Sohocki is a licensed psychotherapist, teacher, author, and energy worker.
Thirty years ago when she was experiencing her first dark night of the soul, she came across a saying that resonated within her being: ‘Each of us has the unique capacity of helping others discover the colors in their very own rainbow’. Aligning with that saying coupled with Carl Jung’s words: ‘Who looks outside, dreams; who looks within, awakens,’ spurred her to develop a portfolio of experiences and trainings to help others [including herself] to look within and discover the beauty of their authentic self.
In 2005 she was certified by Caroline Myss, PhD in the study of Sacred Contracts and archetypal patterns. She first applied it to herself and then began teaching classes and offering individual sessions. Deborah quickly discovered her clients and class participants awakened more deeply to their authentic selves by exploring their Sacred Contracts and archetypal patterns.
Along with her Archetypal Counseling for individuals and couples and Sacred Contract Classes, Deborah utilizes shamanic healing sessions, the Trinity Table™, EMDR [eye movement desensitization, and reprocessing], HeartMath® tools for emotional self-regulation and discovery, Soul Collage®, music and movement , spiritual direction and Dying Consciously classes to encourage her client’s awakening to the colors in their Soul’s authentic rainbow.
