As one of the first graduates of the CMED Sacred Contracts course, I have found the perspective of my life and work has dramatically shifted focus through the language of archetypes. Understanding the nature of one’s energy is paramount to internal growth, as well as to engaging a fulfilling human experience.

Currently I am directing weekend retreats and women’s groups geared toward recognizing and changing the inner dialogue that orchestrates the choices and conditions in our lives. Using the neutrality of universal archetypes as a lens allows one to heal painful history, unravel the mystery of present challenges and obtain a sense of purpose in each moment.
