In September of 2004 I graduated from(CMED), the Caroline Myss Education Institute in Chicago with a new Vision. A Vision that held the possibility of transforming and raising the consciousness of people who were struggling to find purpose in their life and to see the essence of who they truly were on a spiritual level. Guiding others in exploring their highest potential by discovering their Archetypes and finding their Sacred Contract has become my ‘Passion’. In 2007 I completed four weekend workshops on Entering the Castle which brought further clarity and refinement to the light and shadow side of ones archetypes and Sacred Contract.
Exploring your Sacred Contract is one way of discovering any repeated patterns that may be disrupting your life, your relationships or your career. Your Sacred Contract is the window for looking at any choices or fears that may be keeping you from moving forward with your dreams and aspirations.
I am a certified Spiritual Director/Guide and Reiki Master, Tong Ren practitioner and Magnified Teacher/Healer with training and experience in Bio-Spirituality (Focusing), Hospice Bereavement, Dream work and Journaling. My own Sacred Contract revealed to me, with laser clarity, that I was in fact fulfilling my life’s purpose when I chose to accept the challenge to study Sacred Contract work. Finding my own Sacred Contract has transformed my life in positive ways bringing a deeper sense of compassion and understanding for my fellow life travelers.

If you are young, in your 20’s, feeling lost and confused–jumping from job

Joy because I am discovering more and more the gifts inside of me, and joy because I am empowered to take it into my own hands to cultivate and to more fully commit to who I am. Be forewarned, though: this is not for the faint of heart. Though it is a joyful journey back to the Self, it can also be a difficult one; though you feel empowered, you might be afraid of the potenital and blossoming of this, the power that is you. You now have a new responsibility to yourself. And your work with Joan does not end when you finish your Sacred Contract. It grows and grows within you, and you begin to have a sense of the aptness of lotus metaphor for the soul in Asiatic religions: a beautiful flower, blooming from the muck!

One might wonder why I, as a happily retired 65 year old woman with a successful daughter and son-in-law and an infant granddaughter, would be arduously excavating my past in an effort to meet and understand my personal Archetypes.
