Joanne Avison

Joanne Sarah Avison is a Certified Sacred Contracts Practitioner (CMED, USA) where she studied with Caroline Myss, author of Sacred Contracts and Anatomy of the Spirit, Joanne also teaches and practices Yoga, Structural Anatomy and Structural Integration – the work of Dr Ida P Rolf, who originally combined Yoga with Osteopathy. She is certified in KMI, Tom Myers’ school of Structural Integration, where she worked personally with Tom Myers on the Anatomy Trains for practitioners. Joanne’s training includes Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Human Dissection and over 20 years in Human Development work. She is also a mother and author, living in Brighton, England where she writes and runs her private practice. Joanne Sarah and Alexander Lorch are the principals of the Centre for Change; a modern school, teaching the Art of Contemporary Yoga as a three or four year comprehensive training in Movement, Touch, Anatomy, Contemporary Meditation and Professional Practice.
