Martina Harte

In my work with students and with individual clients I blend ancient wisdom teachings with healing modalities and body/mind practices. My professional and personal development over 30 years has led me towards a more holistic approach to the development of human potential.

I have worked as a second-level teacher, an adult guidance counsellor and, from 2001 to 2012, I was head of Head of Department of Student Life and Learning at Waterford Institute of Technology, Waterford City, Ireland. The years I spent in academia drove my research interest in reflective practice, curriculum development and teacher professional development.

However, a paradigmatic shift towards holism, health, well-being and stillness came about through the practice of yoga and meditation and through a profound inward journey that began with an exploration of physical healing and led me to the listen to the whisperings of my soul.

Now in addition to teaching yoga and meditation classes, I also provide Sacred Contract workshops for those who want to understand themselves at a deeper level and who want to throw light on unconscious habits and patterns. In this way, Sacred Contract workshops help people to align with their innate power by understanding how to optimise archetypal energy patterns.

Caroline Myss’s body of work on mysticism, energy medicine and spirituality deeply informs my approach to guiding others in how to be present, in how to heal, and in how to tap into a field of pure potentiality. The experience of studying with Caroline has been personally transformative and as a certified Archetypal Consultant I love sharing with others the optimum blueprint for living a healthy and congruent life.
