As an Archetypal consultant and author, I have a background in clinical psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. My work is based on the groundbreaking teachings of Caroline Myss who established her own educational institute, CMED, which offers programs devoted to personal development in the fields of human consciousness, health, energy medicine, and the science of medical intuition.
My process of working with clients begins with an overview of the three levels of consciousness. The physical, emotional, and the highest mind. From that body of knowledge, archetypes are introduced. I am there to teach and help clients understand the symbolism of each archetype and the way to navigate through life with these new insights. As a result of these sessions, a wheel is created and that wheel becomes a compass for their life moving forward.
My years of training with Caroline Myss piqued my curiosity about middle school aged young adults. Curiosity led to seven years of research working with children starting at age ten. My research guided my book, which demonstrates the levels of growth inspired by Caroline’s metaphor of a building and her levels of consciousness, and book Anatomy of the Spirit. I Am A Building is a book of poetry designed to introduce teens and young adults to the idea of growth, autonomy, and the evolution of consciousness in an easy to comprehend manner. The book is an extension of my work, which serves as a training tool for young adults to understand their own awareness and intuition, while they examine the influences from their external world and media. It introduces four specific archetypes that are universal in life, and instrumental to this pivotal stage of their development.
My sessions vary depending on the specific needs of my clients. I begin my work with each client with an initial consultation, during which we discuss goals and areas for growth. For Overseas clients and those who travel frequently, I offer sessions via video conferencing.
