To delve deeper into the question, let’s step into your universe…who are you and what does the world look like from your eyes? What are the major trends in your life? Have you ever wondered why you make certain choices or why you get yourself into the same types of situations over and over? What are the symbolic meanings of the relationships and life experiences that you are meant to learn and grow from?

Each individual has a Sacred Contract of 12 archetypes that contains the choices one makes and involves the people and events meant to be encountered in one’s life. As Caroline Myss teaches, the detection and exploration of our Sacred Contracts – the 12 major patterns that have been individually fashioned into our life experiences from the vast pool of the collective unconscious, the collective story – unveils not only the lenses through which each of us perceives the world but also how we are inspired and motivated to make certain choices throughout life as well as the elements that each of us struggles with and that drain us by keeping us feeling stuck in certain situations.

The blockages you feel due to built-up anger, control issues, anxiety, fears or lack of self-esteem can prevent you from being fully in the present moment and expressing who you are as well as from making the choices you know you should make but are afraid to. In knowing your strengths and weaknesses through your 12 archetypes and how they are linked to specific areas of your life, you will become aware of how you are losing energy, how to transform conflicts and obstacles into opportunities, and with which talents you are called to contribute to relationships and to the world.

Each present moment is full of possibilities and potentialities; it is an invitation and access point from the universe for you to recognize the gift that you can accept for yourself and for others in sight-reading the symbolic meaning of situations, choosing to unwrap the highest potential and letting it unfold, and in deepening your appreciation of the inner design that has been given to you and of your life’s journey that you sculpt with the choices you make and the stories your soul writes through your Sacred Contract. Our 12 archetypes are thus like a kind of sewing pattern we receive when we’re born, and it is up to each of us to decide how to weave the threads of life together.

A native of Arizona, I’ve always been fascinated by culture and how people around the world throughout time have adopted specific behavioral patterns, communication styles, customs and traditions to form cultural and national identities. I felt strongly compelled during my teenage years to participate in a yearlong study abroad program in France, and several years after that life-changing experience, I obtained a degree in international affairs with minors in French and cross-cultural communications in May 2000. My interest in a wide range of areas has led me to professional experiences in the fields of intercultural HR management consulting, arts and events management, trend and market research, and journalism. From focusing on a nation’s culture to that of a company’s culture, these experiences – as well as those in my personal life – sparked my curiosity of wanting to find out how we are all individually “designed” in addition to knowing the symbolic meaning behind my own life journey, and I deeply resonated with Caroline’s work when I encountered her teachings in 2009. I graduated as a Certified Archetype Consultant from the 2011 Sacred Contracts program that Caroline taught in Chicago, and since then I continue to appreciate the ongoing exploration of my own archetypes in the present moment and in the context of relationships and life experiences.
