CMED is delighted to offer individual sessions with our CMED Sacred Contracts Mentors and Spiritual Directors, Josie Aprahamian, Melissa Dillon, and Pamela Johnson. Each of them has a deep knowledge of and experience with the work of Caroline Myss including her Reflections courses focusing on Spiritual Direction. Sessions are conducted typically by phone or by Zoom.

Josie Aprahamian
Josie has practiced Reiki since 1992 and studied healing and spirituality for decades. She has trained from the deserts to the mountains to the sea, weaving the wisdom of the natural world with profound regard for divine law and grace.
Josie is a passionate advocate of prayer and faith and believes that the path of healing always leads to the sacred. She is a faithful follower of best-selling author Caroline Myss, most inspired by her teaching that “All of life is God in disguise.” Through Caroline, she has worked with Julie Flaherty studying the Sacred Contracts course and other mystical teachings. In St. Teresa of Avila’s work, “The Interior Castle,” Josie has been guided by James Finley and Mirabai Starr. She is a devout disciple of Mirabai and Jim and Thomas Merton, Richard Rohr, Cynthia Bourgeault, and other contemporary mystics.
She is trained and experienced in holy listening, deep reflection, and discernment and versed in the wisdom teachings of many traditions. She worked for a decade in Texas and Colorado in the mental health field, including emergency crisis counseling for domestic violence victims and addiction and recovery. In addition to her spiritual direction work, Josie is a Certified Archetypal Consultant through Caroline Myss’ CMED program and the Sacred Contracts Online Course administrator. She is an Advanced Reiki Practitioner, a Licensed Massage Therapist, an Astrologer, and a Certified End-of-Life Doula. She has participated in and facilitated women’s healing circles for 20 years and has a daily practice of contemplation, prayer, spiritual reading, and gratitude. Josie is a runner and a writer and lives a mostly quiet life of devotion in a lakeside cottage in Pennsylvania with two dogs, a pony, and an assortment of tree, crow, and spirit friends.

Melissa Dillon
CMED Mentor and Certified Archetypal Consultant, Reiki Master, Spiritual Director and Parenting Coach, Melissa Dillon is excited to explore Sacred Contracts and the power of understanding archetypal patterns to clients. As a practicing Reiki Master, Melissa knows that healing is only one step towards transformation. Identifying our individual archetypes and learning how those patterns and energies influence our lives gives us deeper insight into ourselves, greater wisdom and practical tools for managing our own power, empowering others towards a full and purposeful life and channeling grace and love in the world. Melissa’s experience as a parenting coach and teacher and with Nonviolent Communications practices help inform her work with clients of all types. As a Spiritual Director, Melissa draws from her own daily practice of study, contemplation, meditation and prayer and offers an intimate and lived familiarity with Caroline Myss’s extensive spiritual teachings and the mystical teachings and traditions of mystics, ancient and modern, from many of the world’s wisdom traditions to companion those wanting to go into and get to know the richness and power of their own soul. This work is centered in holy listening, abiding presence, and sacred inquiry. People from any and all faith traditions are welcomed, as are those who are seeking or following a path that not attached to a formal tradition.

Pamela Johnson
Pamela is a CMED Mentor and Certified Archetypal Consultant, Enneagram Teacher, Spiritual Director, and Transformational Life Coach. Her calling is to help you discover your inner treasure, become an agent for positive change in your life, and empower the authority of your soul. Decades of experience with practical, creative, and spiritual studies establishes Pamela’s unique approach to her work as a spiritual director, guide, teacher, and facilitator. She holds a faculty position and master level certification from The Deep Coaching Institute and is a Senior Mentor for other Enneagram Coaches. She also contributes to the emerging work with The Deep Living Lab (Enneagram + Spiritual nonprofit). Through deep listening, Pamela supports your ability to explore the depths of your soul, deepen courage, discover inner wisdom, and embark on the adventure of the inner work needed to bring your soul gifts to earth. Caroline Myss has been a spiritual teacher for Pamela for over 20 years. Caroline’s teachings were foundational in supporting Pamela’s journey to wholeness after 9/11. She is incredibly grateful for this powerful work in her own life and honored to witness in clients.
