Hello, my name is Carlos Rebello. I have been a professional Head Chef in high-pressure kitchens for a very long time, where I had to manage and deal with many people of different character types on a daily basis. While I have always been open to ancient sacred truths, it was not until 2020, that I truly awakened to the path of holistic healthy living and the world of archetypes. This was because I started experiencing many issues with my body and mind.

Fortunately, I found the right people to guide me through this difficult time and keep me on my hero’s journey. As a result, I became a Holistic Lifestyle Coach from the CHEK Institute and was introduced to the brilliant work of Caroline Myss. I am extremely passionate about this work and am constantly looking for ways to expand my knowledge and delve deeper into the subject.

Thus I have decided to embody my Wounded Healer Archetype, this comes with the true soul calling to guide others to discover their own healing power. Just like I did.
