Discovering your archetypes and learning how they influence the choices you make provide insight into who you are and the Sacred Contracts you are fulfilling. These same archetypes continue to color your reactions to life’s situations and influence the choices you are making today.

Since graduating from the CMED Sacred Contracts training in 2006, I have been guiding people on their journey to identify their archetypes.

With my Detective archetype, I can help you explore each potential archetype, to be sure that these do represent who you are as we explore the dynamic patterns in your life. As the Judge, I will challenge your mind-sets to help you gain clarity in the exploration of your Self.

Sacred Contracts, The Work, Mythology, Shadow Work, Dream Work, the Enneagram, and Feng Shui, have all contributed to my understanding of archetypes.

Some of the teachers whose work I have studied are: Caroline Myss, Louise Hay, Marianne Williamson, Dr. Christian Northrup, Alan Watts, David Richo, Byron Katie, Dr. Wayne Dyer and Gregg Braden.
