I began my study with Caroline Myss in 2004 with the two-year Sacred Contracts training. This was followed by an optional graduate year; and then one year of study, Entering the Castle, based on Caroline’s book of the same title which was inspired by the 16th century mystic, Teresa of Avila.

For me, this intensely interior work of learning to speak the language of archetypes helps to discern how the Divine is guiding our lives. I am also trained as a Spiritual Director, completing a three-year program offered by the Institute in Retreat/Spiritual Direction in Los Angeles, California. I am open to working with clients of all faiths though my own tradition is based in both the Episcopal and the Roman Catholic faith.
