Patty completed the Sacred Contracts Program in 2011; becoming an Archetypal Consultant has assisted in helping identify and articulate qualities – such as common threads in a professional’s history – that creates a new narrative. Taking a wide and deep approach, looking beyond keywords, incorporating archetypes into corporate and career discussions, adds a rich element and colorful narrative that gets to the authenticity of your life’s work.

Patty began her professional career as a search professional/career coach in 1999 at Management Recruiters of Portland, where she was ranked among the top recruiters on the West Coast. In 2003, she founded Dougherty Solutions. In 2011 she began to include Archetypal Coaching. Over the last decade plus, she’s been instrumental in helping corporations and professionals navigate their way during stressful and uncertain changing times.
