An eclectic background of studies and practice give Tanya Edmier a rather universal approach to healing and wellness.
She has the ability to pull together truths from various traditions, much like a Chef does with ingredients to prepare a dish, to create a palatable offering of wisdom and healing insights that address problems, issues, and/or concerns.
After earning her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, Tanya decided to enter into the field of health and wellness. In the early 90s, she studied and practiced successfully as a Massage Therapist. It was during this time that her path crossed with that of well known and respected Kahuna, Nelita Anderson, whose tutelage guided her in ancient Hawaiian healing techniques.
Tanya’s studies with Caroline Myss began in 1992 and continue on to the present. As a recent graduate of CMED – Sacred Contracts, and a currently enrolled student of CMED – From Intuition to Mysticism, she is a person committed to the journey of self-awareness and spirituality.
Early in 2004, Lench Archuleta shared the wisdom of Yaqui Tribal traditions and rituals with her during a 5-day Desert Intensive designed to address the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual integrity of each person who participated, the result being a new perspective on Self, as well as a profound respect for Life itself.
Barb Krofel is Tanya’s teacher and advisor in Astrology. Barb’s thorough understanding of this vast science has given her a strong foundation in astrology from which she can draw from and incorporate into her consultations.
Extremely intuitive and compassionate, Tanya is a natural consultant in the arena of the psyche – where the personality meets the soul – as well as with the language of symbolic sight.
