Looking to our past to understand our present
Hi everybody,
As you may remember, we had the pleasure and the privilege of introducing a new teacher to you earlier this year. Tirzah Firestone is a brilliant psychologist – she’s off the charts – and she did a wonderful workshop on ancestral healing called “Wounds into Wisdom.” It was just wonderful and she is such a magnificent teacher. So we asked her to put together another class we’re introducing today – “Ancestral Healing through the Wisdom of the Kabbalah.”
The Kabbalah has always fascinated me ever since graduate school – this ancient book of wisdom. So Tirzah has taken this, and she has created this rich course on ancestral healing. The more we expand our consciousness, the more we actually can grapple with the truth that apples don’t fall far from trees, that somehow there is so much karmic spiritual truth to inheriting patterns that are impersonal, familiar, and then they speak to us, and they work through our life. It’s just quite astonishing to me how this works, and we know so little about it. So we have to turn to ancient, sacred writings and see what they say, because these patterns have always been noticed, this isn’t new. There’s nothing new about looking toward our history to understand our present.
Tirzah says our journey will be both scholarly and highly experiential, including healing practices to restore our nervous systems, guided meditations into the ancestral realm, and an end-of-the-year Solstice ritual. I do hope you’ll join us – I am thrilled to offer this course at the end of 2023.
Love, Caroline
P.S. “Ancestral Healing through the Wisdom of the Kabbalah” starts Tuesday, December 5.
